Material Suppliers Warranty
All materials used by AMR Construction are covered, if coverage is given, by the respective Manufacturer of that material. Customer shall contact the manufacturers and suppliers extending any and all material warranties.
Workmanship
AMR Construction will warranty workmanship on all projects, unless other wise specified, for the same time frame as the material supplier(s). To keep the warranty current, all customers are required to schedule an inspection, performed by AMR Construction at no cost, every four years from the completion date of their project. This inspection, every 4 years, must be scheduled by the customer no later than 60 days prior to the 4 year post project completion date, and by the same process every 4 years thereafter. If any 4 year inspection is not completed as required, the AMR Construction workmanship warranty is null and void.
Warranty Expiration
AMR Constructions' workmanship warranty will expire upon the expiration of any and all manufacturers' warranties.
Exclusions
All warranties are null and void if Customer fails to pay AMR Construction in full.
All warranites are null and void if customer engages another company to perform any work that AMR Construction is contracted to perform.
All warranties are null and void if Customer contracts another company to perform repairs on work that AMR Construction has completed.
All warranties are null and void if Customer fails to contact AMR Construction within 10 days of any known damage respective to work performed by AMR Construction.
All warranties are null and void if the work AMR Construction has completed is subject to but not limited to -- winds and or wind gusts higher than the stated material manufacturer warranty, tornado, lightning, hail, ice daming, heat cracking or blisters, improper ventilation, structural changes, structural damage, skylights, mold or mildew.
Transferability
This warranty is not transferrable to anyone other to any other party or parties without the written consent of AMR Construction. Consideration of warranty transfer requires written notice to AMR Construction within 10 days of property ownership transfer. All warranties are null and void after 10 days of property ownership transfer without a completed and signed "Notice of Warranty Transfer" document from AMR Construction to the new property owner.
